Diffrent types of ROL boards?

hello i have bought a new ROL board and it fit into the Xbox but when the Xbox turns on it turns on for a few seconds like 2 seconds maybe,then the fans turn off and there is only a red light.but i did figure out that the ROL board that was the original one is a model 1409 and the one that i bought is a model 1410.and they look the same but there are different parts on the board itself.does this matter?like is the problem because the boards are different?and if not does anyone no why the Xbox is doing this??
