Why my screen goes to low resolution?

I have Xbox One S and 4k resolution TV. I tried the advice I watched from YouTube but still it goes back to low resolution. What should I do?

Just want to ask this first: Did you tried a new HDMI cable?

Also, what is meant with "low resolution"? 1080P?

And at last: What is your TV model and what did you watch on Youtube?
