my front camera does not work ever since I replaced my screen.

This seems to be a common problem with replacement screens from Google; some of them come with multiple layers of protective films over the openings in the screen, such as that for the proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, or front camera. Since there would have been no reason for you to disturb the camera connector to replace the screen, that's the most likely cause. Of course, the problem is you'll have to open the phone up again in order to check and remove the liner if necessary.
Pay special attention to Step 23 of the screen replacement guide; it goes to great lengths to warn about the liners.

there is a small flat strip that goes from. the camera to the motherboard the is not connected or not connect well.
