PlayStation 3 screen is not working, TV says no signal.

Hello, my device seems to be working, but the screen won't turn on. When I first got it, it didn't work at all, but after waiting 3-4 days, the screen turned on. I reset the screen and it turned on, but it suddenly turned off when I attached the steering wheel. Unfortunately, I don't have a controller. I'm from Turkey. please help. All the lights are working.

Have you tried different cables and HDMI ports on the TV, or tried a different TV entirely?

To add: are you using HDMI or AV? I would test it on both and see what happens.
