PS5 turns on but won’t pull in the disk

PS5 comes on, but when I tried to insert the disk it it won’t go in

Hi Cortez Milton, I gotchu.

Did you clean the PS5 disc drive? Or even replace the disc drive? iFixit has a guide on how to replace the disc drive.
