Why does the recorded videos sound weird

when reviewing the recorded footage using OBS why does the audio sound so crappy as in low quality

what can be done to prevent this from occurring to future vids as they will be going on YT and they sound off or low quality why is that

How is the Xbox connected? Through HDMI? Also, the Xbox is less powerful then like modern computers. What quality is the movie in? And what is the file format? Thanks!
