Where do I purchase a new optical drive?

I recently tried to burn DVDs and am not able to. I went to the Genius Bar, again, and was told, even though they never examined the drive, that I needed to replace it.

All for a mere $180!. Do you sell this optical drive, and is there a manual for it?

I see a lot of these go down. I'm just to cheap to replace them. Yours, however should still be covered under warranty, so hand it to them and thank them for a free new drive. If for some reason it's not, take a look at these externals: http://www.lacie.com/us/products/family....
