What do I do with the stripped screws after I removed them?

I just removed stripped screws from the bottom of my iphone 4 and i was wondering what to do with them, do they still work? can i buy new ones to put back in the phone? or is the frame where the screws went in stripped and i need a new screw?? help please i have no screws on them know

Is it the screw head that is stripped?

the whole screw is in tact they were stripped then i removed the screw with tweezers so i could remove back, now i want to put them back but will they work or not??
