Replace Bluetooth Antenna or Bluetooth Board?

The Bluetooth icon on my MacBook intermittenly indicated "Bluetooth: Not Available" (greyed out), then for no reason, comes back on (Bluetooth available), sometimes hours later, sometimes days later.

Should I replace the Bluetooth Antenna or Bluetooth Board, or both?
