I replaced my charging port and my battery now the phone won't connect to mobile service, it recognises the sim card, I even changed to a esim and still no service. I have checked all cable connections etc and still no service..

Did you replace the charge port board with exactly the same version board?
There are different boards used for different versions of the phone i.e. SM-S906B model charge port board is slightly different to SM-S906U model charge port board etc.
For example the S906U version is specifically designed for US carrier networks, so it won't work in the S906B model.
Check if the board number printed on the charge port board is the same for both boards, original and replacement.
The model number of the phone is usually found at the bottom, of the back cover

Hi, when I bought the first board there was 2 available, a US one and an EU one, they sent the US one by mistake, it didn't work, so they replaced it with the eu one and still nothing
Did you try a network reset at all?
If still no good and if you still have the original board, try temporarily inserting it and check if you now get service at least .
I realize that presumably the charging function may not work.
This is just to eliminate if it is a charge port board problem or if not that it is something else.
What is the model number of the phone and did the number on the original charge port board, match the number on either of the two replacements although I assume that you may have sent the US version one back by now?
