Hook it up to an external monitor and see if the issue persists on the external.

If you're running on two GB of RAM (Lion minimum), I would consider upgrading to 4 GB. Go to your system preferences and lower the screen resolution to see if the problem persists. My first guess is that you are stressing the limits of your machine with Lion. To check this try booting from a lower system on an external firewire drive if you have one or try booting in Safe mode (shift key). Let us know your results, please.

Thank you for answer.

I tried your solutions.

External monitor -> External monitor's colour is good and it doesn't change. But iMac is still bad.

Lower the screen -> little works but not helpful.

using lower system -> trying to install Snow Leopard now.

And I using 3GB RAM. I know this is maximum.

I think this problem is comes from screen.

Anyway, after installed Snow Leopard, I comment again.

What's the result when booting in Safe mode? The external monitor shows your GPU (video card) to be good so your issue is most likely with the screen.

I tried install lower system(snow leopard). but it doesn't works. and I dissembled iMac for cleaning(i thought this problem comes from dusts) and it also doesn't works.

So, I think this issue is came from screen. Now I have to go Ebay and find screen for replacement.

Thank's for your help.

Regards.
