Kenwood FP730 Food Processor has suddenly stopped working

my Kenwood FP730 Food Processor has suddenly stopped working. i have checked the obvious like the fuse in plug.

Does anyone know what might be the issue with this item.

Whilst it's not an expensive item it just seems a shame to throw it and all the accessories away if a simple part replacement might fix the issue.
