kinect turns on when xbox is on but then turns off why

i have issues with the xbox one sensor as it turns on when the console is on but then noticed the IR LEDs turn off then the xbox logo

i have a sneaky suspension as to why this is but need assistance with the sensor as to why it turns off when the console turns on

i have performed a full shutdown of the console and then started it back up but for some odd reason the same issue occurs and i need assistance as mention above

any suggestions
