I have a 2009 Honda civic that the passenger window went down and wont go back up? So I bought a new main window switch and replaced it, that did not fix the issue. I troubleshot with a test light and unplugged passenger side and checked when operated at the drivers side I have power in the red wire for window up and power on the blue wire which is down. So I bought the widow regulator and installed? Still the same problem. All fuses are good? I am at a stand still? and food for thought would be appreciated. Oh and I did several resets vids on you tube lol nothing worked, so where or what am I doing wrong? Thank you

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @keithadcock

Which passenger window is it, front, left rear or right rear?

Does the window go up and down when using the window switch on the relevant door?

When the up switch is operated (either master switch on driver's door or relevant passenger door), there should be power on one side of the window regulator motor and an earth on the other side of the motor. When the window down switch is operated it's reversed i.e. earth is on side where power was before and power is now on side where earth was.

It could be a faulty relevant passenger door window switch.
