Why my laptop does not boot
When i press on the power button to boot laptop it doest not boot and light on button goes off again

This is most likely due to the power management chip, this will require a spare power supply of the same type as your for the laptop and a DC power supply. Make sure you remove the battery before you start your operation. Look for blown mosfets and transistors, worst case is you have blown a micro controller if that's the case you'll need a donor board try to secure one on eBay.
