No signs of life after repair

I have repaired the digitizer on a ipad 10 but when testing it will not power on or show any signs of life. Tested the voltage of the battery and its strong. Ran a current through the board and it shows 2.1. I am not very savy with testing the board to know if this is bad or not. Any help diagnosing this would be immensely appreciated.
