Try to activate the dishwasher's service diagnostic mode and check if any error codes are being displayed by the checks.

If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for the part. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you search on YouTube for (insert part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky there'll be videos showing how to replace the part.
