جهازي لا يظهر الصورة علي الشاشه

عندما اوصل جهازي بالشاشه لا تاتي بالصورة ولا حتى لو اتى بالصورة العب به قيم يعلق في نص اللعبه

Translation:

When I connect my device to the monitor, the image doesn't appear, and even if it does, when I play a game, it freezes mid-game.

Hi!

Did you tried both the HDMI and AV cable?

The crashing part could be related to the HDD.

Please let us know if both are failing (HDMI and AV).

Could be many things otherwise.
