Why did my display go out and now only backlight shows?

While gaming my monitor display went black and wouldn't come back on. Tried on multiple other devices using another cable as well but still no image. Not even the menu will show up when clicking the buttons on the monitor.

@devildonut how do you know your backlight comes on? If it does not display any video then the issue is most likely related to the main board. We would need to see those boards etc. Have you had a chance to checked the boards yet?
