2 SMB Component Help Optiplex 3020 SFF
My Dell Optiplex 3020 Small Form Factor power supply has failed, I opened the power supply up and found the faulty component. I need help tracking down a replacement ad properly identifying the component. I have taken a picture with my microscope. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me on this. Thank you in advance.

Here are few images of the topside of the circuit board, I circled the 2 components on the topside and they appear to be ok.

@johnnyblazing looks like a bit over overvoltage ;-) Components on the other side okay?

@johnnyblazing just make sure you double check those since they look like they may have gotten hot as well. Let us know how it worked out.
