Hi! Could you please provide some more context to your question.
- Are you on Windows 10 or 11?
- When you say "not turn on", is the options grayed out? Does the button instantly turn off? Does the hotspot option not exist? Or is it that you cannot find the shared hotspot from an external device / your phone?
- What device are you trying to connect to the your hotspot?
- And for clarification, you are trying to share your wired ethernet, wireless wifi or cellular connection from your laptop to another device, and not the other way around?
