When I plug in the charger, the watch vibrates, but the watch doesn't turn on. And the app cant synch the watch.

Try to reset the watch. According to the manual "press the button for 10 seconds and then release."
If that doesn't work, can you share whether or not the watch has been dropped, gotten wet, or was experiencing any issues before it broke.

I have same problem. this watch was used a lot by my mom and she wore it for 24 h, one day it stopped charging from original charger; we ordered 3 rd party, it didnt work, so i used my friend's versa 4 charger it started once, revived but 1 week later it didnt charge with the friend (original) one too
