Can this be use with the soldering iron?
I want to but the ifixit soldering iron, but without the portable power supply, so I wanted to make sure if this charger would have enough power ?

Yes the iFixit Charger is able to support the iFixit Soldering Iron. As a static hardwired iron that is a great solution.
