Someone gifted me T3 Aire IQ, when I turned it on for the very first time, smoke started coming out of it, quickly turned it off and it smells very bad now. Cord is good, and it also powers on but doesn't blow the hair

If it doesn't blow any air, then given that there's smoke emanating from the dryer when it's turned on, most probably there's a problem with the motor or motor power circuit in the dryer.
Contact the gift donor and ask if they still have the purchase receipt for the hair dryer, as the dryer is faulty and it should be repaired or replaced under warranty.
According to the user manual there's a 24 month warranty on the hair dryer, but you need to provide proof of purchase i.e. purchase receipt.
