No Service on an iPhone4

Hi There

My friends phone had condensation inside it. I dried it out replaced front and rear screens but it has no service. I know antenna is connected. Could the antenna be stuffed or would it more likely be the motherboard ? or something else??

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I am having issues with an iPhone 4 No service issue right now. Looks like 2 probable causes are the GSM Antena connected next to the battery connector. Disconnect it and clean it both parts of the plug with 90-99% rubbing alcohol (a lot of people say windex but I personally am not sure about it). Also make sure that the metal clip that covers the antena is there and the screw is in.

Second issue is the one I am having. The blue inductor around that area had broken, in my case it was still attached but just nudging it with a screw driver made it fall off. I am picking up a conductive ink pen tomorrow as it should fix the issue. Take a look at the thread here.

How do you fix the Blue Inductor Coil on iPhone 4?
