Why does my USB port no longer working
When I plug my external hard drive or any Memory Stick/card on the USB Port, it no longer recognize that it is plugged in

Connect a mobile phone or a USB mouse to the USB port in the TV and check if the phone starts to charge or if the mouse laser light turns on.
Memory sticks and some external HDD require power to operate and this is provided by the TV via the USB port.
If they don't then there's a problem on the mainboard or with the USB port.
Use a strong light to check that all the pins in the USBport are there (should be 4) and that they're all straight and parallel with each other and not that one is bent or missing.
