How do I remove a stuck DVD disk?
I inserted a DVD in my Mac Book. It failed to play and now will not let me eject it. How can I get it ejected?

First try starting up holding down the trackpad key. There are further methods, included removing the drive and opening the drive but we need to know the last three figures of your serial number to get you to the correct guide.
