slow oven heating gas range
My oven is heating very slow to reach the desired temperature and also until doesnt reach the desired temp the gas smell is very strong

A yellow flame is indicative of incomplete combustion which could be due to clogged burners or a problem with the air shutter adjustment of the burners in the oven.
The oven has two burners, broil and bake. Is there a yellow flame when using either of the burners or is it only showing up on one of them?
Are the flames in the cooktop burners also yellow or mostly blue?
Have you tried the oven's self cleaning function? This is used to clear any soot etc from the oven burners if that is the cause of the yellow flame problem.
Go to p.55 in the user manual to view the procedure. Be safety aware if you try this as the oven gets very hot so it is best to supervise the oven during the cleaning function in case you need to turn it off for whatever reason. The manual does state that there's a possibility of excessive smoke or fire occurring. Read the instructions very carefully before proceeding.
If the problem is not resolved by cleaning then you may need a qualified gasfitter to check if the air shutter adjustment is OK as they have the necessary tools and expertise to do this. Unfortunately the manual doesn't show how to adjust the air shutter and I don't know. Here's a page from another Samsung gas oven that shows what to do but personally I recommend getting a professional as you can't be too careful as far as gas is concerned.

If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with the part. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

Again be safety aware when working with gas appliances. Disconnect the power to the oven and turn off the gas supply to the oven/cooktop before attempting any testing or parts replacement that doesn't require the oven to be on and working.

What is the model number of the stove?
What is the colour of the gas flame from the jets i.e mostly yellow or blue with yellow tips?
If possible try not to use the oven until it is fixed. If the smell of gas is strong when the oven is on, it could be dangerous

The smell just happen on the pre heating time on the oven. The model # is NX58R4311SS. The flame on the oven is yellow. Thank you
