You will be wanting to look through the Level 2 Service Manual HERE.
I suspect you can substitute one of IFIXIT's toolkits or find alternatives to the expensive and unavailable tools used by the service techs up to a point... but I'm not so sure about the Freezer, The pneumatic press. However... there are videos on YouTube of folks replacing these screens it also seems the repair kits with all the adhesives and stuff are available to buy (Amazon, EBAY and other places offer them) so since there's not a guide here for your phone maybe you can make one? A Youtube video of a guy doing a screen-only replacement (not the whole frame) is HERE. There are others... Me, I'd read though that service manual and understand what needs to be achieved (and how... like the SEVERAL warnings on preventing screen buckling) so as to avoid whatever mistakes you see on the videos...
