Why is my lawn mower shutting off

I have a Husqvarna 21'' 149cc* Rear Bag Push Kohler Powered Lawn Mower. When I start cutting the grass it shuts off aprox. 5 minutes after I start it. Then I have to wait about 5-10 minutes and then it starts up again. But then it shuts down again and again. Please help.
