Are J20H104 and XM546 interchangeable?

Hello everyone,

Got a PS5 CFI-1216a with a failed WiFi/bluetooth chip. The failed chip is a XM546 however they don’t seem to exist, lots of J20H104 sellers claiming they can be used. Was wondering if anyone has had any experience?

Hi!

I do not have experience with this, but I heard that it does work.

I’m not sure as I did not replaced it yet, so it’s still a question if it does work.

You can try and see how it goes, but maybe someone does have a definite answer.
