Well, without more information all you can hope for is general advice... fortunately there are a number of websites where you can find such, including HERE, where you will be walked through everything from resetting the TV to replacing a blown fuse... in a general way, not specific to your model but specific to Hisense TVs. If I were you I'd check the manual that came with the TV and see where the fuse is. I couldn't find a manual for your TV on-line so I can't say where it might be. examine your TV and look for a user-accessible fuse, if you findone, check it and replace it if needed. You say it was damaged by electricity. That's going to blow the fuse, but it may be inside, easily replaced if located, or soldered in place, (I'd get a pro or experienced repair-type to check and replace it if it is soldered in place, it's likely to be on the power supply, but may be elsewhere. The other thing that is an easy fix is if it simply lost it's programming due to a brownout. again your user manual will tell you how to reset it... so will that video link above. If none of that is helpful, come back and give us more to go on... there may also be parts that have been damaged inside that must be replaced, if you replace the fuse and it blows again, the most likely thing would be a blown capacitor... take it for repair or have someone versed in electronics repair have a look at it. Otherwise...
Good Luck!
