ipad pro data transfer not working, charge is working

"After updating to iOS 26*, the device suddenly shut down and went into the restore screen (Recovery Mode). However, the restore failed. I'm trying to connect it to a computer to factory reset it, but the computer won't recognize the device. It seems to be charging, but it won't connect to the computer. I've tried changing cables and connecting it to different computers as well. Which part should I replace? Or is there any other way to factory reset the device?"
