You'll have to get in touch with iFixit itself; this is the repair forum and the iFixit Store personnel who could answer your question don't generally hang out here keeping an eye out for store-related questions. The people in this forum mostly consist of users like yourself and a few volunteer moderators like myself who have no other affiliation with iFixit.

Best way I know of is to email them at support@ifixit.com. Keep in mind that they can only sell parts they have, so it's entirely possible Kobo has not been able to fill their orders, but they'll be the ones who know. From what I've seen of their customer service, they do excellent work and try very hard to make their customers happy so I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt in situations like this.
