Why does my TM5 no longer switch off when I press the power button?

Everything works fine with my TM5 except that it does not turn off anymore when I press the power button for a few seconds. Any clue what it could be ?

Yes, everything works fine, except that I cannot switch it off by pressing the power button. It does switch off automatically after 15 min of inactivity, and switch on when I press the button.

I recently replaced the button board in the hope that it would fix the issue. It did not...

What else have you already tried?

Nothing else really, I wonder if it is a software bug or rather a damaged electrical component

There is a pin of connector to the display bended. I had the same problem.
