I'm afraid our experience here suggests it's probably time to buy a new TV. As screens get bigger and bigger, the cost of a replacement display has skyrocketed and the availability has plummeted. What we usually see is that even if you can find a replacement, the cost is usually more than the price of a new TV.

That being said, the thing to do would be to remove the LCD from the TV and look on the back side of it. There should be a manufacturer's label on it with a part number, so take that information and use it for an internet search for replacement screens. I'm afraid I'm skeptical you'll find anything useful or cost-effective, but hey, I've been known to be wrong before. The other possibility would be to find a used TV of the same model for sale that has other problems but a good screen.

Failing either of those options, there's always a market for the circuit boards inside, so you could part it out on eBay or something.

Sorry I don't have better news, but really, screens stop being practical to replace at about 32" and you're far beyond that.
