@dhom65070 try all video inputs. If you are using HDMI change the HDMI cable. If any of this should still not show your image in color, then I would consider replacing the T-con board.
The GAMMA IC which is responsible for your color has most likely failed. Your Toshiba uses a V420HK1-CS5 T-con board. It looks like this
and connects between the main board and the LCD panel
