My Macbook pro has become near impossible to use.
The screen is very hazy, with the colours appearing to be inverted, also there are lots of grid lines too.
Is this a replacement screen job, or maybe just the LCD cable?

In this situation we always recommend to connect your machine to an external monitor then you'll know if the graphic chip integrated to the logic board is the culprit or not. If not then you can check the LVDS (video) cable connection to the logic board.

Connected to an external monitor the graphics are fine and very crisp.
