Hello
I think the screen is broken (its backlight) you can check it against the light (see if you can see weakly)
F5 light shows that the microphone is muted
F11 light shows that the speaker is muted

Well you can try the following:
- External display test
- Reset BIOS/CMOS
- Try to Power reset
