@jerry2601 this "still have light" is a bit confusing. You did not tell us what light. We need to know if you are referring to the LED light or the backlight? IF you are referring to the LED power light then it is possible that this is a backlight issue.
Turn the TV on. Next, use a flashlight and shine the beam at an angle against the screen. Do that in a darkened room. See if you can make out shadows or shapes or even the Hisense splash screen. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed (common Hisense issue).
If you do not see anything, unplug your set and remove the back cover. Then visually check the boards for any obvious damaged components. Check all the wiring and unplug the wires and plug them back in, make sure they are properly seated. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that so we can see what you see. It is possible that this is either a power board, T-con board or even a panel issue (common for Hisense).
@jerry2601 perfect. Thanks for posting the picture. Okay you have backlight but no image. Now, this can be caused by a bad main board or a bad T-con board. The T-con board is the small board that connects via one ribbon cable from the main board and two ribbon cables to the driver boards connect to the panel. Remove the power cable. Remove the back cover. Remove one of the ribbon cables from the T-con board to the driver boards. Reconnect the power cable. Turn your TV on. Let us know what it shows. Turn your TV off and disconnect the power cable. Reconnect the ribbon cable. Disconnect the second ribbon cable. Reconnect the power cable and turn your TV on. Let us know what it shows.
After that we will need to see the boards to see which boards you have,
Of course, you have checked all the other inputs on your TV as well (HDMI, Coax etc.). This is just to make sure that it is not the input source that might be causing this.
@jerry2601 I guess you are saying without saying it, removing the individual ribbon cables did not resolve anything. In that case replace the main board and see if that works. Otherwise you can try a Tape-off and see if that gets your screen back. Here are a couple of examples on how to do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfrRhw7-...

Sorry was having trouble uploading the full images, when I remove the ribbon cables and power the t.v on the screen powers on and stays on exactly as shown with both the right and left one removed as it would with both installed is there a way I can test the main board, also its with the hdmi and all outputs as well im getting no audio
@jerry2601 this "as well im getting no audio" would make me replace the main board. The video circuitry on the panel does not affect the audio. Sorry, but there is really not a good way to test the main board without schematics. Manufacturers really don't want us to get our hands on those. They'd be losing lots of money if we could actually repair the TV's. Corporate Greed :-)
So try the main board instead of the tcon board? Alrighty
@jerry2601 yes, T-Con won't be the issue.
