I'm Now offering touch 4g repairs, however i feel like i'm running into a common issue?
Over half the ipods i've had come in have had a very small dent in one corner. The problem is any sort of dent seems to prevent the screen sitting in the frame.
Is this common in the touch 4g?
The dent can be tiny but the screen will not sit flush/fit into the frame correctly.
Is this a good question?

I use a dental tool with a steel ball on the end to try to burnish the metal. I also use half of a good wooden chop stick with a rounded end and a small jewelers hammer to pound it out from the inside.

The same thing happend to me. The only way to do this is to replace the metal frame that hold the screen
