Why do my G, H, ', 7 (numpad) keys only work sometimes

In my first semester of college, a similar issue happened, and I sent it in to Best Buy, and they fixed it, but it is coming back. Is it because of my moderate gaming overheats a specific point on the keyboard? I got this laptop for college over a year and a half ago, so it has no warranty.
