When you turn it on, it is cool. After running for some time it is heated up. Too much heated up, and it shuts down. The fix is to find out what is heated up too much and replace it.
That requires some freeze spray and patients.

@narachingch5460 does the power LED turn off? How long does it take until you can restart your TV? What have you already checked? What have you tried? Verify that your TV is a Toshiba LCD TV 65L5400U? Consider removing the back cover and take some good pictures of all of your boards. Let's see if there is any obvious damage.
