What is this missing component and its specs so I an replace it

I got my hands on a pre-owned Steam Deck, and it crashes, freezes, and is generally randomly unstable. To my knowledge, the only missing component is circled in the image. I think it's a capacitor, but I could be wrong. I'm trying to find the specs of it to replace it
