No bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key

I've run my backup disk.I've run restore disk. It always comes to this or boot manager.I've set the default in boot manager, tried other configurations..Atheros Boot agent stays dominate even after exiting with changes saved.By the way the boot manager screen reads InsydeH20 Setup Utility. This is my first computer. I don't have a clue as to what I'm doing..so PLEASE help me get my programming back?!

You need to press F12 during the boot process, before you get the "insert boot disk" screen. When the boot screen comes up, you need to select the option with "HDD" or "Disk Drive" in it. This will prompt you to boot from the actual hard drive, and therefore finding the boot menu.

If you should need to set up a primary boot device, you will need to edit the BIOS settings, which will require a computer-savy person.

Best of Luck,
