Are these Ram and SSD Flash disks both soldered to board still?Can i change?

RAM is soldered, SSD has a proprietary socket that differs from that of the previous 2011 Air. I expect third party replacement ssd's to arrive sooner or later because that's how it went with the prev-gen air.
