Released November 2020, the PS5 console features vastly upgraded visuals and an innovative new Dualsense controller. The space-age black-and-white color scheme is a noticeable departure from PlayStation designs of the past.

Hi!

As long as it works with PS4 games and on your computer, it does sound like a software issue...

I would fully update your PS5 and then update your Dualsense controllers.

First (for the old PS5 firmwares) you were required to update them through the USB-C cable. Later on, you could update them wireless.

I would get a new (good brand) USB-C cable and update the controllers. But first, update the PS5.

Please let us know how that goes!

I did Just that I bought the licensed usb c cable I already had the newest software but it is still the same to be more specific at first the mute button dont light up when clicked the vibrations dont work and adaptive triggers are buggin but on ps4 games and pc work fine

Hmm... Can you try with another PS5 controller and see how that goes? I would try a brand new one or with a known working one from someone else. If this works, then it must be related to the controller. If not, it could be the PS5.

I will do that but also i did reset the console and there is a mini update and it started happening when I downloadead it could it be that this mini update is the reason

Right so i borrowed my friends controller and same thing so its propably ps5 issue

Jep, first I would replace the antenna and see how that goes. Otherwise it could be the bluetooth chip, but that requires soldering. If you need guides, please let me know!
