I have been experiencing them since I got them, the only thing I can prevent them is to power off my phone then turn them on can't even play games on my phone without experiencing it

@thisrekless "ghost touch' is caused by an issue between the digitizer and the display assembly. The only way to fix this is by replacing the display assembly. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video. Replacement display assemblies are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a phone with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

@thisrekless no, it's not dangerous. Just follow that video and take your time. If you don't think you want to give it a try, then either you have to learn to live with the way it currently is, or find somebody who will do it for you.
