My montior has black lines going from the right side to the left

I've changed my fps and when i do the lines get bigger.

Also my monitor is the G274QPF-QD

@lawes let's see what those lines look like. Horizontal lines are commonly caused by a bad LCD panel ( bad driver boards that re part of the panel). Adding images to an existing question
