Brand “itouchless” says it all. Opens and closes via motion sensor.

Inside lid one red wire has come a loose.

Underneath the hood of my itouchless trash can. One of the red cable has come loose and I don’t know where to attach it back. Attached to one Sound like it’s trying to open. Grinding sound - light turns green then flashes red several times , makes another sound then light goes off. Lid never opens

Options

It sounds like the red cable was supposed to go to the motor responsible for opening the can lid, but I'm not too sure. Can you edit your post to include pictures?
